"last month around October i applied…"

last month around October i applied again after waiting a year to apply. they have a policy that states you cant reapply for a whole year if you get denied. dont understand it but anyhoo, i reapplied and once again they told me that i had been denied, AGAIN. i didnt understand because i met all of the requirements. a week later i got an email from pangea about signing a lease. once i opened the email my approval was waiting on me! the previous rep that i had spoken with was looking at my results from last year, as the dates were the same. turns out i had been approved and officially will be moving in in a few days! i love my apt and am so excited! this is my first time having my own apt so its a pretty big step for me! thanks Pangea!

"The unit is nice"

The unit is nice. Shiny hardwood floors, freshly painted walls, clean unit. Modern kitchen and bath just like the ad stated. The only thing is I’m not sure if you replace screen windows with storm windows for the winter.

The reason I’m only giving 4 stars is because the management office personnel on 79th and hermitage is horrible. They all need to take an extensive course in customer service. I really was having regrets in renting from a company that was represented by such a group from the person showing the apartment all the way to the ones I signed the lease with

"Regardless of the area the apartments…"

Regardless of the area the apartments should be taken better care of. Numerous screws left behind after move in is unacceptable. Risk being that a child could of have eaten it and harmed him or herself. Painting over the tv and/or cable ports in the bedroom is unacceptable. Paint on the floors is also unacceptable. These are things that should be corrected and will allow the individual and/or family paying for the place to hold more pride and be happier with the product being sold.

"MARCUS IS THE BEST"

This five star rating is not for Pangea. I am only giving this to Marcus, the property manager for my building. He is an amazing individual. If everybody in the company had the same values as him, this place would be amazing. I am beyond happy that he is here now. He is doing his best to clean up after the messes that the previous property manager had left. I have a feeling that things will get much better now that Marcus is back handling business how it should be done.

"These are unethical"

These are unethical, greedy and anything else that's "low" and LLC associate's are no better. How they received a 4-star is unreal! This just goes to show us that not much has changed since the "old days", where people escaped punishments for unethical practice and the laws, among other institutions, are little or no help. That 4-star should be 1 and that's only because there's no zero. They retaliated on me, because I called others when they wouldn't do the work. They didn't salt or shovel no snow and ice for 2018 and 2019, even when many work orders were put in. The elderly really suffered. They also have people paying water, even though they don't have separate meters. This is illegal, even by their own lease. They are now refusing to enter my rent payments on time, even though it's never late, among other things, which includes not getting heat until October 17, 2019. Someone told you wrong. Unreal! They value your money, not people. When you don't even care about elderly....., that speaks volumes!👼

"I would say the staff is very efficient…"

I would say the staff is very efficient and concern about doing things right and in order , they took the time to explain everything and asked if I had any questions , and was very welcome to be a part of the PANGEA family , I felt at home and very comfortable .
