I'm happy now that I'm residing in a safer, more secure building. My place is on same side of a church located on the corner of the block. Simultaneously, I reside directly across from a grammar school. This environment breeds a more familiar, communitive based feel of the neighbored overseen by people of the cloth, of God, in conjunction with law enforcement officials, including safe zone personnel monitoring the children to ensure safey, security and higher level of authorities , i.e., police officers.

"Cold apartment"

They don't tell you they only will have the heat in 66 to 68 degree which is state minimal. I feel like if it's below zero or in the negatives then the heat should go up. What happens if we get sick or our kids get sick because it's cold in the house. But they don't want you to but heaters to keep the house warm. I should of did a better job on asking question before I signed the lease.

I was suppose to move in on January 1st but the pipes busted in my apartment and I feel as if I'm getting the run around. Nobody is calling me and I have no actual numbers to call. I keep get the customer service number and transferred to every department but nobody knows anything. I expected way better service.

This Management company is so awesome. Everyone was very nice and very knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure if I would get the place due to some credit issues but Boy was I wrong. They over looked my past and gave me a chance. I love my town home I couldn’t have asked for a better second chance than this one!!!!! #PANGEAROCKS

"I moved in this place December 23,2017 …"

I moved in this place December 23,2017 I walked into a sink full of dead and crawling bugs and roaches. The heat does not circulate at all, it stay cold in here . Bugs was all on the floor , behind the refrigerator, in the cabinets . The sink faucet is loose the doors to the closet is not stable, hard to close . The heat cover are not properly installed correctly. I've called and e mail pangea and I haven't heard from no one yet. We have a gate but visitors has no way to get in
