SO FAR SO GOOD .. JUST A FEW THINGS I FEEL NEED BE LOOKED AT TO MAKE BETTER....LIKE HAVING A WELCOMING GROUP ON DIFFERENT PROPERTIES TO HELP THOSE WHO CAN'T HELP THEM SELVES TO MAKE THEIR LIVING TRANSITION BETTER...SHOW THEM WHERE CERTAIN THINGS ARE.. LIKE PARKING .. GIVE A TEMPORARY PARKING STICKER UNTIL THEY PURCHASE 1 SO'S NOT TO GET TOWED ..HAVE IT LAST FOR A WEEK ...IF THEY NEED HELP WITH THE GARBAGE ...OR THEIR MAIL..
IF THEY HAVE SOMETHING LIKE THAT NOW IT'S SOMETHING I HAVEN'T BEEN TOLD ABOUT...OTHER THAN THAT I CHOOSE THIS PLACE BECAUSE I'M NOT ABLE TO WALK FAR DISTANCES.. AND LOVED THAT IT WAS A GROUND FLOOR UNIT ..YAY..

I like the apartment I just wish they told u about certain details before u moved in I would of choose different apartment knowing that the radiator makes loud noise and can't be shut off besides that pangea is ok

Pangaea has great buildings. They make sure to keep their properties maintained. I have had friends that have made Pangaea properties their home. Hopefully with the location I acquired I can be there for a long time. The property I have rented is off the lakefront and I am forever happy with my choice.

My property manager is great. Resident care team is great. My experience so far is still kind of iffy this is my first ever apartment every night I come home to a cold apartment because I don't pay for heat. Apparently my heat is on a timer which in my opinion very dumb. I am in Chicago and our winter's are crazy. They say no space heaters but I'm not going to just be cold aside from that though my experience has been fine. So far.
