"It's an unprofessional company"

It's an unprofessional company. I had problems with the business from the beginning but I gave them a chance to fix it. I'm not sure what my future will be like renting from Pangaea.

I was really happy I decided to choose Pangea. The leasing agents were patient and worked with me to find the unit that fit my income best. My property manager is easy to contact and responded to me promptly. They are very professional and I love that no matter where their buildings are they are very well kept and clean. I’m looking forward to being a resident with them.

"In the Mist of it all!"

I signed my lease the 15th of December 2017 and my move in date was December 23, 2017. It is now December 28th 2017 and I still do not have a stove. Fridge was in unit however that's it. In the mist of the Holidays I don't understand why it takes so long for appliances to be delivered. I feel like the office was well aware in enough time to have the unit ready for move in. I'm so disappointed of the time management Pangea displays. Its very upsetting to not be able to cook food for my daughter. When moving out on my own I didn't need the stress of wondering what i would be able to cook for her. I could spend money on food buuut that's only if money grew on trees lbs... But i'm grateful I have a roof over my head however, it's stressful knowing I cant cook anything.

I just moved in to my apartment and come home and found that it was no heat. I called the support line and the nice lady said someone will be out to assist in the problem. No one came out and I call two more time to leave messages. The problem was not taken care of in a timely fashion for the level of emergency it was as we where have any zero temperatures.

This is the best moving experience I've had thus far. Not only do they keep the grounds and units clean and up to date but I must say the staff so far is very helpful. Vernadine was a big help and compromised to my needs which further confirms her beauty is not only skin deep. I have absolutely no complaints thus far

I chose Pangea because every apartment I seen were nice, affordable & most importantly had cameras on the buildings. I absolutely love my new apartment i just got through Pangea.
