Pangea doesn't even deserve one star. They told me I was approved. Every week I was giving them the necessary proof of income. Everytime I called to check on the status of my application, I was given the runaround. Their customer service is lousy

"Yolanda Saved the day!!!"

My experience started out fairly bad but there was one agent by the name of Yolanda in chicago that really came through and saved the day! I chose Pangea because I was told that the paperwork could be processed and review within 24-72 hours! 3 days in a Row I waited for a call return from a Supervisor that never came through...That turned into almost 3 weeks of waiting and being passed around to different apartments. I was sent to viewing of apartments that had ALREADY been leased. By the time I was ready to give up on Pangea Yolanda showed me an apartment and followed through correctly. She’s excellent at what she does and I’m extremely grateful.

Place wasn’t what was shown to me when I initially came to rent but it’s nice and paid first months rent to have to turn around and pay another 350 after only being in for 2 weeks
