I’ve had a horrible experience dealing with Pangea’s unprofessionalism, inefficiency and unreliability. I did everything I was asked to do only to be given the runaround over and over and over and over and over and over again. To make matters worse, NO ONE is on the same page. One person tells you one thing, another person tells you another, then there’s a third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh person—each with a different story of their own. As a result of all the inconsistencies, I lost out on the apartment that I was desperately hoping to get. I was truly excited to be a part of the Pangea community. But, I am officially done. I am truly appalled at how a company with such a big-name can provide such low quality service. I don’t care how many properties they own, I will relocate to another state or even another country before I or any of my family members give them our business. It’s been one, Pangea. My regards to your substandard organization.

Have been with pangea for 2 years and just started having huge issues.. Failed inspection-so they went into abatement.. I paid rent i didnt have to pay and instead of doing the right thing and tell me i didnt have to pay because they were doing a reinspection, (something i didnt know about) they did the opposite. The property manager for the building never return any calls. If it were their money the tenants owed, they would want it immediately.
I had a slight issue before when i lost my keys and paid for more keys and didnt receive them until a whole month after, but didnt complain about that. The property manager needs to be replaced ASAP!

The office were i went to pick up my lease and door keys the young lady was not professional to me she wasn't she just rushed through in explaining the lease not really explaning but ok.then she did not inform me that the building manager had the mail box keys.didn't know that until i called and went back to the office.had to do that at least twice may have been more then that.i like the apartment.

I love my apartment so far the process was fast and easy the only issue I had was the viewing got reschedules three time other that I’m happy with my apartment and Pangea

I love the customer service I receive from pangeare. I just dislike how the building management lied to me about things in the beginning about my building and when I signed my lease I didn’t see what I was told I would see. Would I go through Pangea again? Yes Would I recommend Pangea? Yes, but I would let them know to be aware of “wolves in sheep clothing”. People who say one thing and do another.

Honestly The apartments itself aren't bad. I was three days into my apt. and i started to get pest. I was highly upset because if i would've known day one or two I would have left. the maintenance team needs to be more responsive it shouldn't take 1-3 business days for those matters. Also i have yet to meet my property manager as a newly tenant you would think they would want to reach out to you introduce themselves. This is my first apt. and I'm Learning a lot. Pangea inst so bad just probably wont do it again.
