This is my first apartment and I like the apartment so far, it’s very spacious inside and kind of clean. I did see a couple roaches so that need to be handled ASAP. Ummm... there is a lot of stray cats and dogs but I love animals so it doesn’t bother me. I just feel bad for them because it is so cold outside. Maybe we can start a organization for them so they can have families.. but everything else is great.

I absolutely love my new apartment. It was so beautiful and I love my view. The manager is a wonderful lady and so are the others that work in the office with her.

I like my apartment , there’s little fixings that need to be done but for some reason I’m having the worse experience . I hate being a complainer however I’m paying my money so I want things to be right and I want to be comfortable the whole point of me being in my own apartment. It’s a lot of little things that could turn into big issues. Hopefully it all gets better 🤷🏾‍♀️

Clients relations viz -a-vix individual challenges is well mentored. Staff synergy to complete assessment based on apt request is all great.
Prompt response to emanating issue has always been a first priority on first come basis.

Love that Pangea work with you to find affordable housing. The agents were always nice and helping when calling. Also they don't put you in no housing that they think you can't afford. Very understanding people and they also listen to your needs. I have no problems with this company right now. Thank you

Staff are wonderful and make you feel like your truly at home. I am in love with my town home. Everything was fresh and new smell. Maintenance is quick to respond to any problem. So far I love it here and I don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon.

"FRUSTRATED"

I remember when i use to only “search” Pangea apartments, for some reason representatives use to call me immediately asking about my search. NOW that I’m in an apartment i can’t get ONE person to come do their job correct!! I’ve been calling for weeks at a time about my hot water not being hot and for some reason, nobody knows WHY it doesn’t work. VERY frustrating. Never had a problem with my water until it started getting cold outside & still that’s not even a good excuse. Patiently waiting for the spring to arrive.
