It's a decent apt however i worry about my safety.the front door has one dead bolt lick and the screen door doesn't lock at all there isn't any glass on the screen door so any one can mess with the lock or screen door lock.

DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY PANGEA PROPERTY! It's been 30 days since move in and I'm ready to leave. They use a preditory towing company to take money from tenants. Horrible experience for single moms. I'm leaving as soon as I can!!!!!! We read reviews about realty companies that promise the world and treat you like you matter until the lease is signed. I parked my car between 2 vehicles after work like 1030 at night. Mind you parking spaces are limited. It's almost 11pm and I'm trying to get into my unit with a 2 year old sleeping baby. It's dark out in the suburbs where I'm renting. I'm NEW so my focus is to get into the house. The next morning my cars missing.my car was towed for being double parked!!!! I'm in a parking space how is this possible. Management does care!!!!!! When your property managers make it seem that it's my problem not theirs , it's time to go. Customer service and satisfaction is a bid deal!!!! Don't treat me as if I'm a criminal or say that's what I get, pay attention next time!!!!!! Ok it's Time to move!
