Paid £122 over two weeks ago for champagne for a special occasion.
Paid extra for 2-3 day delivery and still waiting. Tried repeatedly with email and phone calls with no response except a generic email saying they are short staffed.
Can I suggest that 'trustpilot' have a look at some of the reviews that have been posted on this site as the real one follow the same theme.
If you want to give money away give it to charity and not this company.

I placed an order of over £115 on the 9th of September to which I received a confirmation email. Since then i have had no correspondence what so ever. I've emailed on many occasion, called endlessly without an answer to either. Still none the wiser as to when I will receive my goods (that were bought as a gift for a birthday that has now passed)

I contacted customer services regarding my order as it took too long to be delivered to me and no one came back to me at all. So now I have 2 bottles of LPR that were not used or needed.

I placed an order 08/09/2021 and it was despatched by Parcel Force the following day, I paid also for the delivery. I have never received this order as the delivery company returned it to sender as it was damaged, Since then I have continually tried to contact Ultimate Drinks via email, their contact form and telephone where there are no replies. The parcel was signed for by MS Eva therefore there is proof that they received it. I have received no refund or re-send of order without further cost to myself.I am now considering taking the matter further as it is impossible to get a response from these people and yet they despatched the original order took full payment and received back the damaged parcel so why am I unable to get a reply or speak to them on the phone.

Placed an order a week ago and chose express delivery and it still has not even been dispatched. Emailed them 3 times and called a couple times, no response, ridiculous how a company can run like this. Strongly recommend to shop elsewhere. £180 spent and this the service you get, terrible
