Good product- received as ordered, the only reason not 5 star is lack of communication. Order was late and had to chase to get any information but it arrived the next day.

Tried so many times to contact the supplier via phone, voicemail and email but no response at all so was really disappointing I couldn’t get the help required.

They provided the drink I wanted. But their payment processing changed the delivery address to one it was not supposed to go to. I called and called their contact number to try and sort this out - but no reply. I emailed their contact number, but again, no reply. Parcelforce, the company they work with, didn’t even bother to attempt delivery despite me paying for express delivery. Well priced champagne but I wouldn’t use this company again. Why have a contact number or email on your website if you’re never going to answer?

I paid extra for express delivery when I ordered on a Thursday morning. My order was not processed til the following Monday. In my opinion poor service.

Great wine but delivery was a farce, parcel farce was asked to leave with neighbours ,
They didn't asked to be left on Fri as they couldn't deliver on Thurs...but they tried to deliver on Thurs, eventhough they said they couldn't
On Thurs they took it to the local post office even though I asked to leave with neighbour again........
