Late delivery and zero communication. I paid for express delivery and phoned/emailed several times before giving up. I had to buy the bottle elsewhere.

Ordered champagne for a special occasion which has not arrived. I have tried to call numerous times and sent 3 emails but no answer. I have now contacted my credit card company to get my money back. I would not recommend a company who do not answer emails or phone calls

"Order not delivered, business is not responding"

Ordered some champagne from Ultimate Drinks, it hasn't been delivered at all, and after numerous calls and emails - no response from the business whatsoever. Will be taking the issue further. Definitely do not recommend this company.

Sadly we chose a Whiskey in a presentation box as shown online as a gift but when the parcel arrived the bottle was not in a box.

It's alright. Bought a bottle of rum as a gift and paid for quicker shipping but came late (2 days after the deadline). Slightly more expensive than supermarket prices. Also I have emailed but I am yet to get a response.

No communication from staff untill I left a bad review. The man that phoned me was rude and said I shouldn't have wrote mt review. I was saying how it is and he didn't like it. Can't reply to emails or phone calls untill I leave a bad review says it all really. Shambles company.

Ordered online 3 weeks ago and still no order. I emailed in, no response. Tried their phone number and get a BT answer phone. Emailed in again, got a parcel force delivery notification. Day of the delivery and still nothing, parcel force tracker says it was never collected. What a joke… £300 order and no service whatsoever!
