"Ordered a cinema gift card around Dec"
Ordered a cinema gift card around Dec. 15. Said expected delivery was Dec 23. As of Jan 2 still not received. Called listed number, there are no live people available, only recorded messages. Live chat feature, I waited for over an hour without a response, then gave up. Submitted an email saying order was not received. We'll see what happens. UPDATE on Jan 8 - Filed complaint with company a week ago. Still have no resolution. It would be great if they would just send giftcards they have sold to customers as opposed to wasting time making public apologies for online complaints.

I purchased a Chico's gift card as a Christmas gift. It was supposed to be delivered by text on 12/24. When it didn't I wrote an inquiry and received an immediate reply with a case number. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, there has been no response. I have to file with my CC company to put a stop on it. They appear to be a complete scam.

Have tried multiple times to redeem a Christmas gift card and I keep getting an error message from the website. The website shows the correct balance but gives me an error message when I try to use the balance to buy an egift card for one of the restaurants listed. I’ve had to enter the card number and PIN number (25 digits) at least 5 times now and have emailed them. This seems like a scam that puts obstacles in your way and counts on you giving up.

Total scam. Bought an Autozone gift card through their website, and when I clicked on the link that they sent me to redeem, the website said I had been blocked. Stay away.
Update as of January 2025: following my original review above, their customer service team immediately reached out to me to resolve the issue. I’ve been refunded the purchase amount and advised the gift card had been deactivated. Based on the prompt and helpful service I received, I’m giving 3.5 stars. It’s still very concerning that I was blocked from accessing the gift card, and I hope the company is able to address that issue to prevent similar issues for others in the future.

Had a Visa gift card given to me as a Christmas gift. I tried to use it on three different retail websites, but it is not working. I have activated the card and checked the balance and it doesn't work. WTH is going on with the card? and what can it be used for? I have never had such a hard time using a gift card and it sucks.

This company is completely fraudulent. DO NOT BUY THIS CARD! I cannot redeem the card, have been on hold with customer service for over 40 minutes, and the man "helping" me is giving me the run-around.

I ordered a digital gift card on the 18/12/24 and still yet to receive the email with the gift card… been 5 days and had no real support from customer support, think it could be a scam, do not purchase from this site!!! I won’t be using it again if they don’t send the gift card or refund my £100, I may have report to relevant authorities and watchdog for fraud/scam

"These guys are absolute criminals"
These guys are absolute criminals. I posted a review a couple of weeks back about some fraudulent cards that we cannot activate in the owner responded that they were working on it and sent me an email which was another complete lie. It turns out to protect their butts they activated the card for 2 days and then decided to turn it back off. I'm sure this happens continuously with this company and its customers and presumably they steal millions of dollars a year through these types a fraudulent activities. My wife is attending a funeral on the East Coast and now she is stranded because she's unable to use the cards any further after they activated them. She had $1,000 and spent $200 and then they turn the cards back off. There are so many customers that probably do not report this and again the company walks away with millions of dollars a year from scamming people. I hope they get caught and spend the rest of their lives in prison. My wife is currently filling out reports for the FTC and FBI. We will stop at nothing until these guys are criminally charged for what they have done to so many innocent people.
