"Scam website"

Scam website. They take your money, have "Technical Issues" and offer no help whatsoever. They probably already flipped our money 10 times before giving it back and wasting our time

What a wonderful Christmas gift of inconveniencing me and my family!

Report them to the FTC!! Don't play with people's money!

They only reply to these reviews so they can challenge them as a genuine experience. Sorry, but I have an invoice number and this is legitimately how I was treated. Like a dog. Wasted several hours of my life but I disputed and won! Please file an FTC complaint against these con artists!

"Ordered a gift card on 12/19/24"

Ordered a gift card on 12/19/24, got charged but never received. Recipient received an email asking to buy a gift card. Thanks for ruining the surprise with nothing. Disputed my credit card. Don't use!

Finally received 4 hours later.

I Will say this once and I will say this again. Gift cards.com has its ups and downs but if you want success buy on their website instead of in store. I think in store is a bit messed up right now but I bought digitally and it works nice.

I have one of these cards. But when I went to website to choose the gift cards I wanted they said my card was invalid for there site. I have emailed and called but all you get is some automated answer. I this company scams people. Sham on them selling these cards at stores.

"Cannot access gift card"

Cannot access gift card. Customer service is terrible. Company just strings you along for days without doing anything. I’ve spoken with three different Customer Service representatives already, but to no avail. Update: three days later and still no action from the company. I’ve filed a complaint about the company with reportfraud.ftc.gov
Update x2: 10 days later, they finally issued a refund.

I ordered a gift card from this site on 12/8/24, the site claims that most orders are filled within 15 minutes. It's now 12/16/24, and I haven't received the gift card. On 12/14 I contacted the company, was given a case number, and have heard nothing since. This is a Christmas gift. I'll be contacting my credit card company if I don't receive the gift card or a reply by tomorrow, 12/17/24

"Gift cards won’t activate "

The company I work for purchased gift cards for us for Christmas. When activating the card I was given the error “card is no longer active and cannot be located within the system or by customer service.” Can’t get to a human. Very very poor service. Do not use!

"One4All giftcards.com is a scam for me"

Tried phone and laptop, two different browsers, QR method and not. I consider giftcards.com's "one4all" a scam, as I was unable to "redeem" the $25 gift I got from students. Students, everyone else: do not buy the One Gift Ultimate Choice Card. It doesn't work. You pay the money and your receiver can't redeem it and "authorize" the card for the retailer of their choice. Took me 2 hours, including some stressful minutes in line for A&W, which should work with them. Do not buy. Buy a real gift card from a place that your receiver likes. Find out beforehand.
