"AVOID! Charged twice, no refund, ignoring emails"

Had the same problem as several others here. Paid in full during booking, however local car provider charged me again saying they never received money from vehicle rent, so they recomend contact vehicle rent and ask for refund which I did. They confirmed that claim was succesful and I am entiteled to refund, but it can take up to 90 days. Time has gone now, no refund and they are ignoring all my emails. NEVER AGAIN.

rented a vehicle through this company in october 19 but when i went to collect it had to pay an additional $159 on top of price quoted tried calling their 24 hr number but just voicemail on return to uk complained about this sent all relevant paperwork and was offered a refund but told it would take 60 days, 150 days later still no refund and no reply to the emails i have sent. and now out of date to dispute this with credit card company if your smart you will avoid this company no matter how cheap they say they are

"Reembolso de franquia não PAGA após aprovação"

Tive um problema com uma viatura alugada e tive que pagar 950,00€ ao fornecedor da viatura; solicitei o reembolso a Vehicle Rent e o mesmo foi aprovado em 10/12/2019. Até hoje não recebi o meu reembolso já passaram os 90 dias que indicaram como prazo para efectuaram a transferência. Apesar de enviar diversos email deixei de obter resposta; tentei contactos telefónico e também não atendem.
E é isto sinto-me agora enganado.

2 недели пытаюсь отменить частично предоплаченное бронирование автомобиля. На письма не отвечают. На форму обратной связи тоже не отвечают. Очередные мошенники однодневки. Не советую бронировать на данном сайте.

2 weeks trying to cancel a partially prepaid car reservation. They do not respond to letters. They do not respond to the feedback form either. One-day scammers. I do not recommend booking on this site.

"Double charge but no refund"

There was still communication back Oct 2019 explaining to me the reason for payment issue and refund after I pay the local rental company. Since then the company just simply vanished, no email reply, can't reach them over the phone...

I'd say AVOID Vehicle Rent. A pity, I previously found them a good company, but something has changed. As commented by others - I paid for a rental, but then had to pay again to the provider as Vehicle Rent hadn't paid them. VR eventually assured me they'd refund the 2nd payment but - months later - it's not happened. As seems usual for them now they ignore emails, and web-form messages, and don't answer the phone. Their live chat service has vanished.

"Franchise non remboursée"

Véhicule loué en juillet 2019 avec rachat de franchise. Sinistre durant la location, véhicule restitué et dossier renvoyé et accusé le 14 août. Je suis toujours en attente du remboursement de ma franchise de 900e. Une quinzaine de mail envoyé 1 réponse bateau reçu. J'ai appelé, je devais être remboursé il y a 2 semaine. C'est scandaleux.
