Vehicle Rent die Insolvenz angemeldet und ich bekomme meinen Schaden deshalb nicht erstattet! Sehr ärgerlich!! Check24 hat mir dabei geholfen den Antrag für den Insolvenzberater zu stellen. Ich hoffe jetzt dass ich die Erstattung so bekommen kann...

"Vehicle Rent Insolvenz"

Die negativen Erfahrungen und Bewertungen der vorherigen Vehicle Rent Kunden muss ich leider bestätigen:
Für einen Reifenschaden auf Sardinien im Oktober 2019 mit 430,- belastet worden (1 Reifen!!!) - im Januar 2020 von der CarTargetGroup aus Slowenien den Anspruch auf Rückerstattung bestätigt bekommen und am 19.03.2020 die Info von Check24 bzgl. Insolvenz seitens VehicleRent.
Alles sehr undurchsichtig und mit sehr fadem Beigeschmack.
Warum ist es nach wie vor möglich auf der Website von Vehicle Rent Autos zu mieten ?
Kann hierzu schon jemand weitere Bewertungen von juristischer Seite oder Verbraucherzentralen teilen?

Ebenso wie viele andere warten wir auch seit Monaten auf die Rückerstattung von Vehicle Rent.
Ich habe meine Rechtschutzversicherung eingeschaltet. Kurz nachdem das offizielle Anwaltsschreiben eingegangen ist, kam die Meldung der Insolvenz.
Meine Rechtschutzversicherung würde mich weiterhin vertreten, weist aber darauf hin, dass das Insolvenzverfahren viele Jahre dauern kann und dann möglicherweise nur eine sehr geringe Quote des Schadesns von 2-5% bei rausspringen wird. Daher hat mir meine Versicherung eine Pauschalzahlung angeboten.
Check24 ist hier scheinbar nur Vermittler und ist nicht dran zu kriegen!

"Double dealing?"

I booked 3 cars October 2019 for a ski trip last week with 2 sons + families. Cars were provided by Europcar/Keddy. All good on return except that in spite of stating clearly on the rental agreement that the rental was prepaid we have been charged again on the credit card you have to register at pickup. Over £600 in total. Contacted my bank/Europcar to try to claim reimbursement. Target Group impossible to contact. Complete disgrace that a company like this than defraud people for so long with apparent impunity, beware!

"Absolute Scam"

I wish I had read trust pilot reviews before I booked ! Like many others, I bought the relax package thinking that I would be reimbursed if anything happened. I have been trying and trying to contact vehicle rent since 05/03/20 by email - no reply and phone - phone calls don't connect. I had damage to the car in NZ and have been charged by the company - no problems - I had the relax package! I am trying to claim back £350 via my 'relax package'. Anything but! Like I said - there is no way to contact these people and seems to be no way to reclaim my money! Absolute disgrace. The car hire itself was ok, a lot cheaper than anything else even with the relax package. I would still not use this company again as their customer service is non-existent - AVOID, AVOID and AVOID again.

"Car Target Group (Trading as…"

Car Target Group (Trading as Vehicle-Rent.com) was declared insolvent on March 13th. They promised me a €950 excess refund on November 21st and never paid. Some got refunds paid out after chasing via twitter. I wasn't that lucky. I'm not the only one.

You have never been able to talk to anyone unless you want to make a new booking. There terms were misleading at the point of sale. Stay away from small firms and go to well established car hire companies.

Первый опыт заказа через компанию Vehicle Rent был удачный, чего не скажешь о втором. Заказ был отменен, деньги не возвращают, на письма ответили единожды, но обнадеживающе. На звонки отвечать перестали. Не рекомендую данную компанию.
