Новая информация- компания банкрот!
Пытаюсь уже неделю отменить предоплаченное бронирование автомобиля! Но на письма не отвечают, телефон не берут, на сайте по обратной связи тоже не отвечают. Мошенники какие то! Не советую бронировать на данном сайте.
I’ve been trying to cancel a prepaid car reservation for a week already! But they don’t answer letters, they don’t take the phone, and they don’t answer the feedback on the site either. What a scammer! I do not recommend booking on this site.

I got this reply from ECC ... you can try it (see pt 7) although there is a very slim chance of recovery- they are bunch of crooks who ensured that there would be no money left for creditors

1. By Decision Ref. No. St 752/2020 of 13 March 2020, the Ljubljana District Court initiated bankruptcy proceedings against the debtor – legal entity:

2. Robert Šuran was appointed receiver.
3. Creditors have three months following the publication of this notice to file their claims, rights to separate satisfaction and exclusion rights in bankruptcy proceedings. The time limit for filing claims, rights to separate satisfaction and exclusion rights expires on 15 June 2020.
4. If a creditor fails to file the claim in bankruptcy before the expiration of the time limit referred to in point 3 of this notice, his/her claim in relation to the debtor in bankruptcy terminates and the court rejects the filing of the claim pursuant to paragraph five of Article 296 of the Financial Operations, Insolvency Proceedings and Compulsory Dissolution Act (ZFPPIPP).
5. If a creditor fails to declare the right to separate satisfaction referred to in point 3 of this notice, the right to separate satisfaction terminates pursuant to paragraph five of Article 298 of the ZFPPIPP.
6. If a creditor misses the time limit for declaring the exclusion right, the exclusion right does not terminate; however, a late declaration or failure to declare the exclusion right does not constitute an obstacle to the disposal of assets that are the subject of the exclusion right in bankruptcy proceedings. In that case, a creditor with the exclusion right loses the exclusion right with the sale of such assets pursuant to paragraph five of Article 299 of the ZFPPIPP.
7. A creditor must file the claim by submitting it in person to the mailroom of this Court or mailing it to the Court's address indicated in the upper left corner of this notice. The claim is considered to have been filed in time if it was submitted to the mailroom or sent by registered post before the expiration of the time limit referred to in point 3 of this notice.

Hetzelfde verhaal als bij anderen. Verzekering bijgeboekt, erkenning van de schadevergoeding maar helaas niet ontvangen en geen enkele response meer op mails. Telefonisch krijg ik ze niet te pakken.

VEHICLE-RENT ARE FRAUDSTERS! WARNING! see below for all the people like me who are owed money by them. I booked a car I JANUARY for a trip to UK in March tnrough Vehicle-rent with a mob called GREEN MOTION operating out of Heathrow. When I arrived, they had no car available for the 2 weeks for me. This was on 29 February and neither of them have refunded the deposit I paid. I have no idea how to recoup the money; if anyone has any sensible suggestions, I'd be really pleased to hear them,

Tenemos qque cancelar nuestra reserva que inicia el dia 4 de abril, hemos intentado hacerlo por email tal como se indica, pero no hemos obtenido respuesta alguna. Hoy llevamos todo el dia llamando y no hay manera, ni en el teléfono de España, ni en el de UK. Podría alguen de esta empresa ponerse en contacto con nosotros?

vehice rent ist insolvent und ich kriege die Schaden Erstattung nicht!!! ich habe mich so geärgert und vorhin mit Check24 gesprochen. Sie haben mir erklärt wie ich mein Geld beim Insolvenzberater anfordern kann. Das habe ich gemacht und hoffe sehr dass ich es so wiederbekomme

Site par lequel on peut envoyer des formulaires auxquels ils ne répondent jamais. Numéro de téléphone non attribué. Une énorme arnaque !!
Je suis passé par eux 3 fois avant, aucun problème donc pas besoin de les joindre. Le jour où le problème se matérialise il y a personne et vous perdez donc votre argent.

Paid deposit for 4 cars which we were due to rent in Florida. These were fully refundable up to the day of rental. Due to FCO travel restrictions and Covid-19 our holiday had to be rescheduled. I have sent 4 emails and tried calling numerous times but the line just goes dead. I am owed around £400 from vehicle rent but have had no response whatsoever. Do not book your cars from vehicle rent. It’s a con and the more reviews and feedback I read, the worse it gets. Do the right thing vehicle rent and contact me to arrange a refund of what I am owed.
