Check24 teilt mir mit, dass vehicle rent insolvent ist, nachdem ich ein zweites Mal reklamiert habe, dass meine Anzahlung nach der Stornierung nicht zurückgezahlt wurde.
Sehr ärgerlich, ich sehe keine realistische Möglichkeit an mein Geld zu kommen.

Das Unternehmen ist Insolvenz. Schade, dass viele hier nicht verstehen können, was das heißt und das Gemecker ist jetzt Groß! Bucht doch einfach deutsche Unternehmen wie FTI, TUI etc. Bekommt man doch alles angeboten auch über Check24. Warum sollte ein Vergleichsportal wie Check24 für die Insolvenz eines Veranstalters haften? Check24 hat zumindest mich sehr gut beraten und mir Tipps gegeben wie ich an mein Geld komme. Gerade die Günstigbucher sind hier teilweise sehr naiv unterwegs finde ich..

Paid for car hire online when booked. When arrived at Geneva to pick up the car, the girl on the counter said to put card in machine just in case any damages etc. Card was charged exactly same amount as the cost of booking again. 3 months later after being charged twice and no refund. Never get any response in an email and no answer to any of the options when call them. Guessing at this point company has gone bust but still trying to squeeze last guys of money out of people. Do not use this company, after reading lots of reviews/tweets etc there are many cases identical to mine.

Società a dir poco vergognosa, hanno approfittato del Coronavirus per sparire nel nulla , rubando moltissimi soldi ad altrettanti utenti.
Spero che qualcuno faccia qualcosa, non si può approfittare di una situazione simile per lucrarci illegalmente!

O "super excess refund" não funciona, eu e minha esposa alugamos um carro em lisboa em Dezembro de 2019 e outra condutora colidiu com o nosso carro, em Janeiro enviamos todos documentação necessária, porém até o momento nenhum reembolso foi feito e não obtemos mais respostas de nenhum dos nossos email a perguntar sobre o status do Tema, após contacto direto com a locadora descobrimos que o seguro da pessoa que colidiu conosco pagou os danos a locadora no dia 22/01/2020, entretanto hoje no dia 30 de março de 2020 seguimos sem o reembolso da franquia!

They owe me 265€ since December. No news from them since the 22nd of January, mentioning that the payment could take up to 90 days.
No sign from them. Phone numbers don't work anymore.
