I have been waiting for my refund for more than a year now, where this broker charged me and did NOT pay to easirent.com
And essirent.com charged me again (2nd time).
NOW, they were disappeared website is NOT working and phone numbers are NOT working. Lost nearly £400. This is a big fraud company.

je confirme ne pas louer dans cette société j'ai loué 2 véhicule pour la crète pour un montant total de 550 € j'ai versé 120 € et suite au COVID j n'ai pas pu me rendre à ce voyage. J'ai envoyé des mails, téléphoné mais aucun retour.
mon séjour est reporté en octobre et je comptais reporter ma location mais plus aucune nouvelle je trouve cela scandaleux

Fiz várias reservas e cancelamentos ao longo de cerca de 2 anos com esta empresa. Recebi sempre resposta rápida e os reembolsos nos prazos anunciados. Sempre funcionou bem. Fiquei, no entanto, com duas situações pendentes em que me responderam assumindo responsabilidade de reembolso: um caso de sinistro coberto pelo seguro que fizera e um cancelamento de reserva com direito a devolução do pré-pagamento. Neste momento os telefones não existem, os e-mails são devolvidos e quanto ao reembolso não existe. Um péssimo sinal!

J'ai loué pour cet été une voiture au portugal payé à Vehicule-Rent.

Lors du confinement je leur ai écrit pour annuler cette réservation sans aucune réponse. Aujourd'hui aucun site internet ni adresse mail ne fonctionne.
Je pense donc que je ne serai jamais remboursé !
C'est du vol pur et simple !!

Ik ben net als mijn voorgangers al dagen bezig om in contact te komen met dit verhuurbedrijf. Ik krijg op geen enkele manier contact. Daar gaat mijn aanbetaling. Ik moest annuleren vanwege code Oranje van mijn bestemming. Ben blij dat ik niet het volledige bedrag al van te voren betaald heb. Ik zal dat voor geen enkel autoverhuurbedrijf in de toekomst doen maar ter plaatse betalen.

Gold Car rental company was horrible. I was left stranded at Santiago de Compostela airport waiting to be picked up with my daughter at midnight last night.

Apparently, I should have known they were closing early and don't wait for costumers, despite the fact they had my flight number, unless they are contacted ahead of time and paid 40 euros. Nobody told me about these policies and when I called their number they never picked up.

Also, the lady I spoke on the phone with, Natalia, was not only not helpful and defending it had nothing to do with the company, but worst of all, rude and very non-empathetic to the fact we were left hanging to dry with my child.
