Booked in January before the pandemic and now wanting to cancel the website/phone/email does no longer exist. I checked bank accounts and appears no money was taken at the time of booking so I'm hoping I haven't been scammed. Still if they have folded they should contact their customers to advise, surely....

"Avoid Avoid at all costs"
Had a rental for 8th July but because of Coronavirus we are not allowed to travel. The car hire(Thrifty) place in Cyprus have rung to say cancel it with this company but it doesn't exist. The email bounces back and the telephone number doesn't connect. Avoid. Looks like I won't be getting my money back for the car. So that's flight money and car hire money lost!!!!!!

"An awful company"
My experience echoes other negative reviews here. Old car - poor level of service - and I had to pay £750.00 in relation to a new tyre and damage to the underside of the car that was not my fault. Having taken out (at extra cost) their “Relax” policy - meaning that I should have been reimbursed, I had 7 months of stressful and repeated calls to try and obtain my refund and had to resort to getting the money back through my credit card company. This company is a scammer - don’t use them!!

Asked for a refund of a vehicle rented to use in May. Had to cancel because of the pandemic. No reply, the website and the link of booking disappeare. Tried to call several times, no answer. Awful company!

"Waiting for refund of deposit"
Booked a car in January for pickup in June but had to cancel it in March. Have asked 4 times since then for confirmation of the cancellation and refund of deposit but no response at all. Link for voucher is no longer 'active' so just hoping I will not be charged for a 'no-show'.

Exact het zelfde verhaal als ieder ander.
Je wil annuleren maar het bedrijf is op geen enkele manier bereikbaar.
Vaak gemaild, vaak gebeld, wat je ook probeert je krijgt ze niet te pakken.
Mail domein kan niet worden gevonden en telefoon staat op inactief.
Heeft iemand enig idee hoe ik alsnog in contact kan komen met dit triest bedrijf?
