Second time using Pentagon Barnsley- just as bad as the first. Wait a lifetime to get booked in for a battery fault only to be informed on the day that there is no-one qualified to do the work. Completely useless, and after all of the issues I've had with this Nissan Quashqai (only 2 yrs old), I can't wait to get rid of it. Sales of Nissan might be great but the service after purchase is dismal.

"Very disappointed with Mazda"
Very disappointed with Mazda. We took out the service plan with them that covers punctures but when we got a nail in the tyre they told us it couldn’t be fixed and it would cost nearly £200 to replace. I took the car to a local garage who were able to fix the tyre for £22!

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating! My car has been in their garage twice for the same issue & throughout I have had to keep calling & chasing them for updates. Asked for multiple call backs to never receive one! They make promises to you and fail to deliver. My car is still not sorted & is now worse off and you can’t get to speak to anyone who is willing to help you, every time you call someone is going to ring you back, to never receive a call back. I would not recommend anyone using Pentagon Huddersfield unless you want a below satisfactory experience where you do all the chasing & nobody assists you.

Purchased a used car August 2023, Was told it had 100 plus checks by the company and also had a clear MOT from March 2023. The current MOT we had done in February 2024 had quite a few advisories which our garage told us were showing on 2021 & 2022 ? The mechanic thought this looked a little strange as he expected to see a few new parts fitted as per 2022 advisories. (We would never have purchased the vehicle had we been showed an MOT that was showing all the faults.) No new parts had been fitted, yet the MOT 2023 was a clear pass. As of today their customer services department have not replied to my emails one of which gave them 14 days and the latest giving them 7 days. I am getting the repairs done myself which is going to cost a few hundred pounds and i will pursue them in court for the sum of money owed. We have had no correspondence from them at all which i find absolutely disgusting. The initial complaint we took straight to the showroom was a complete waste of time. Do not go back to them to voice a complaint unless you want to be patronised and treated like an imbecile! See you in court Pentagon.

"Worst customer service EVER"
Worst customer service EVER! my Cupra formentor went in to fix a blurry camera (common fault with the vag group) took them all day and it still wasn't fixed. I dealt with shawn (sean) he told me the glovebox on my car was faulty, which was obsurd as it never had this issue when I dropped it off. Not only that it decided to fall off the next morning as they forgot to put all the screws back in to hold it up. I called and asked for the manager but shawn said he will rectify the issue (s) I insisted the manager call me back. I am still waiting for a call back!!! Personally the warranty is a complete JOKE I could take it to a private garage who would do a better, cheaper and more professional job.

Shame I can’t put 0 stars. Sold me a car with an illegal device attached. Now ignoring me, I made a threat of legal action and they’re now looking for any excuse not to refund my money. My car is unsellable with zero value due to excessive mileage now showing and the fact it’s been clocked. If they don’t pay up I will name the franchise on here and all other review sites. I am disgusted. Wouldn’t buy a car from them ever again!
The Pentagon Dealership in question and Head Office have my complaint and know all about this - funnily enough no response from them whilst they hope I just give up and put up with my valueless, dangerous vehicle! No need to worry, I am in the process of taking this further, shame they didn't do the honourable thing and just refund us for the vehicle and the repair! I guess they also do not want to be lumbered with a car that cannot be sold on due to the mileage being tampered with, however as I purchased from a dealership I have rights under the Consumer Rights Act which we will be reminding them of shortly! I will update this once resolved.
