"Poor Experience!"

My vehicle went in on the 14th December 2023, I got it back on the 06th March 2024!
I was told it would be in for a couple of days. We told the garage what was wrong with the vehicle and told them what was damaged, it took 6 weeks to get the parts.
A string of excuses, no staff, holidays, sickness or a delay in parts being delivered. The best one for me was the appropriate technician was not available to work on my vehicle.
I appreciate the the world has gone a bit crazy but the wait for parts was unacceptable. It's a Transit van, the most popular van sold in the UK!
Customer service was poor, I had to chase and get updates every other day. Small or medium sized businesses should think twice before leaving their vehicle with Pentagon, I certainly won't be using them again.

On going poor service in relation to my husbands kuga and failing to reply to complaint or action . Please don't reply asking us to contact customer service as that is a waste of time

"Absolutely shocking customer service"

Absolutely shocking customer service. My car developed a fault. The RAC took it to Pentagon Huddersfield they have had it for over 2 weeks and it is still not been in the garage. I am having to chase as nobody is ringing me back even when they promise to. I am not working because i need my car i work with SEN. I took extended warranty because i need my car for work. I feel they have taken my money and now they are not bothered.
i have trying contacting head office nearly a week ago and im still waiting for them to get in touch with me.
i made a huge mistake purchasing a car from Pentagon.

"Avoid at all cost"

Terrible customer service. Vehicle repair sub standard, vin plate and service book lost!!!! Solution- go to the Ford dealer and sort it out yourself. On the third time of calling I did at least get an apology, to make me go away!
Save yourself the stress and choose a different repair centre.
Please don’t bother relying, it’s always the same cut and paste.

car finally serviced paid extra for emission kit not done sealed can found in car under service book had car for 8 month quoted £1500 for work for a car that is less 3 years old tried to get refund for extended warrenty that does not start till july 28 to no avail tried customer care they have excalated complaint still waiting

Dan from pentagon sheffield Made me feel at ease i was always greeted with a smile by the staff and offered a beverage upon arrival, dan was a great you could tell he really enjoys job and is very knowlegable in your proucts he always answered any questions i had even and reassured me if i had any more questions at any point or any help that i needed i was always welcome to call or pop in and that helped me feel more at ease especially when i already suffer with anxiety and change is a big thing for me but he made it exciting. You have fantastic staff after i had placed my order i changed my mind after two days I was worried I caused more hassle but there was not a problem at all it was all actually very easily done and smooth i changed it to a different colour and took the leap to try automatic for the first time too. Dan took care of this very quickly for me and soon changed everything he's very funny all of you are very welcoming with a calm atmosphere, they helped me with everything I needed to know and was great at keeping me upto date on the progress of my new kia stonic all in all I would highly recommend you to all my friends and family 10/10 and iv already recommended a couple of peole, keep up the good work you should be very proud of the team and I look forward to doing buisness again in the future

Fantastic service, the whole team were brilliant, with getting me sorted with my new motor. I dealt with Charles the most. He offered a friendly and professional service with getting me setup with my new car and I cannot thank him enough for that!

I went to Pentagon Vauxhall in Oldham to purchase a Mokka . Staff were very friendly as i bought the car . When driving home i found that the sat nav was not working , saying i was driving in North Sea . Called Pentagon and told them about the problems . They organised a date to take it for repair , they had it for one day , then 3 days then another day and in October 6 days and they have still got no further with it . They said they' have a look again in November and call me with a date to take it in ----- 4 months later still no call . No Sat nav , the reason i bought this car . After 18 months and many visits no further on from when i bought the car . All in all a waste of time and money for the afterservice from Pentagon .

"Shocking service"

Shocking service. some three months after an annual service I had the oil warning light come on. Checked oil level and it was empty, this on a low mileage car. Tried ringing service department but was just about impossible - being passed from one department to another. Left a message but no one got back to me. Now due another service and being bombarded with texts and phone calls, even post, to book another one.
