"Poor customer Service No Communication"
Ordered a part as per some of the other comments on this page. The part was on back order for a time and then obsolete. A refund was promised after three email from me it is still awaited it was only £10 but it is the principle of poor customer service and the total lack of reply to Emails pointing out the facts which I find hard to accept. Clearly there are also happy customers for this company so everyone will have to judge their own experiences.

"Useless - dont buy"
Ordered a part for a kitchen appliance -still waiting six weeks later - emailed several times - no satisfactory reply - would never use them again!

"Never buy from this Company"
Found a spare part for my fridge on the spares2go website and placed an order. They took my money straight away but 6 weeks passed and there was no sign of the item despite repeated e-mails to them. The phone number they supply on their site is fax number and so you can't call them.
Two weeks later later I received an e-mail saying they could not supply the item and they will send me a cheque. No cheque has turned up and am still waiting one month on.
Recommend you don't touch this company with a barge pole. Their communication is shocking and clearly they do not treat their customers fairly.

"Saved me lots of money"
Good easey to use web site. Finding the part for my oven was no problem. The part now goes under a different number but this was made clear in the search result. Simple job to place order and make payment. Recieved conformation and tracking number. Was notified when item was posted and it arrived as expected. Was the correct part and my cooker is now as good as new. The part was £18 (postage included) from here but at least £24 plus postage from other web sites so I think all in all this company deserves 5 stars. Thanks vey much.

"Saved me a lot of money!"
The lid of my Moulinex Food Processor broke and I couldn't find a replacement here in Spain as it's an old model. I looked on the internet by chance and really didn't expect to find it. But find it I did. I was a little sceptical, but for the 12 pounds I paid I thought why not. It did take a little longer than I was told, but it was over XMas so it was understandable and I was also informed of the delay. After that though, I received the lid quickly and in good condition. I am really very happy with the service and the price I paid. It also meant that i didn't have to buy a new, expensive machine to replace the broken one.

"No delivery 9 months later, can not be contacted"
My elderly parents ordered a pressure cooker seal. Nine months later no part delivered and no contact. Putting order number into site consitently returns awaiting delivery from supplier. Note it is impossible to contact this company by phone. They only give fax and email details. Three emails and no response. The registered office is a general accountants office not directly linked to Spares2Go.

Finally received my filters with an apology for the delay. A long wait for a small item which fortunately did not impair the equipment while waiting. To be able to contact the company and cancel the order to buy elsewhere would have been nice to do.

Ordered a part for my oven received no confirmation they took my money but i received nothing! E mail contact page not working, no tel numbers. have to resort to the credit card company for any hope of my money back. Avoid this firm at all costs

Ordered a part for my Food Processor, it came sooner than expected as it had to be posted to Spain anddddddd now my Food Processor is working again ! I also found the website easy to use !!
