Bought the filter holder for my Dualit kettle and they realised I hadn't ordered the filter to go inside....they sent if for free! Amazing company and service, fast delivery too!

I use Spares2go site for all household appliance parts.
However there was an issue with my most recent order, a Heating Element for a Dimplex Storage Heater.
Not sure IF my heater is faulty or the element was faulty, I contacted the Company & without delay got a reply from Des the Customer Services Manager.
As a gesture of goodwill they are sending me a free-of-charge replacement.
You can't expect better service than that!

This was my bowl’s measurements so I crossed my fingers and ordered. It took a few weeks to get to the US but it arrived in perfect condition and a perfect fit. Excellent!!
