"Order not received"
Order not received, ordered a part for my air fryer on the 30th June money taken right away But my order never came. Sent an emailed and got a reply to say order on a back order left it for another 2 weeks but still nothing so emailed and asked for a refund. Got a reply asking for my post code and that was last Monday Which I sent them that day and had no reply since. Send loads of emails and still no reply. Paid with PayPal so raised a complaint with them.
And sent more emails

"Getting things fixed during Lockdown"
Lockdown expectations of being able to source a replacement oven-door seal were not high. No serial number on the oven itself, and only an obscure code in the old user's manual to go on - which bore no resemblance to any codes on the actual Bosch site. Came across Spares2go in the course of my internet searches, put in the code, and had an email back in a few minutes identifying the correct part, and confirming that it was actually in store - arrived a few days later, and oven door now restored to factory-standards. And it was far less expensive than I had expected.

"Fixing my Dyson"
I have an old, trusty Dyson DC01 that just keeps on going: Except that the extendable pipe grew a hole over years of use. Dyson do not support the DC01 anymore. But Spares2go sourced the elusive replacement part cheaply. When the original replacement had an incompatible connector, Des the Customer Service Manager persevered, using my photos, to locate a compatible pipe. Great service and positive communications. Thanks for keeping my DC01 going!

"Tefal Actifry handle"
When the handle on my Tefal Actifry snapped I dreaded the worst as it was quite old. Having looked on the internet I could find replacements but none seemed to match the model number on mine. However, I came across Spares2go, and was asked to provide every number on the base plate, thankfully they could match one of them to the part, and the rest was simple. I now have a new handle and hopefully more years of use from my Actifry.

He was most helpful and arranged the delivery for us which came more quickly than predicted, which was great. The most helpful service I have ever had from a website. I was after what I thought was impossible; a blade for a thirty year old machine. Not only did I get a swift answer and advice on how to remove the old one, (by return of email on a Saturday!) but a replacement is being despatched on Monday. As long as it fits....but great service, thank you.
