I was very disappointed to see that my Max Mara cashmere baseball hat arrived in a completely beat up shipping box, stuffed with tissue paper to retain the shape (thankfully) and no dust bag or protective bag and absolutely no signs of it being a luxury purchase. Admittedly at a steep discount compared to the original price but definitely not what I expected. The delivery was delayed by a week too despite the FedEx shipping cost that I had to incur. Needless to say, the purchase is going back.
