"Disappointing Customer Service and Poor Packaging Quality"

I recently ordered from LN-CC and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The box arrived smashed all around, with even a hole in it, clearly showing a lack of care during packaging and shipping. Despite this, customer service dismissed my concerns and only offered the option to return the item, which added further inconvenience to me.

There was no accountability or compensation for the damaged packaging, and the poor handling of the issue left me very frustrated. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for LN-CC.

I will not be shopping with LN-CC again and encourage others to reconsider their decision before purchasing.

Extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the way the issue was handled.

I received the wrong item... I bought a pair of jeans and received a top/corset.
I understand why this might have happened since the the two items were from the same set, the plastic bag the corset arrived in even said 'pants' on it, so they must've been mixed up at some point. What a bummer, I usually love shopping at ln-cc, hopefully I was just unlucky this time.

Price review all always an opportunity to buy in LNCC, delivery has also improved during last year. It's always good to have a look on LNCC assortment.

I ordered one sweater that was on sale and I am happy with my purchase. I always like it when online webshops include a return label, in case you would like to return it. LN-CC had one included in the package! I also like it when there is a note with ‘thank you for shopping with us’! Furthermore, I am also happy the delivery was by UPS, everything is well and I give it 5 stars! The emails from confirmation up to rate us are also very well written en the font is nice to read. If LN-CC had their own on brand packaging it would be even cooler!
