"Good range, bad customer service"
Good selection of cool designers, great promotions - however, they have the worst customer service. Only buy the pieces you are 100% confident in, as you will not get a straight answer if you need help. Also they take up to 2 days to reply and waste your time, so you miss refund window.
I have asked them a simplest question 10 days ago and since then had the strangest replies and 0 help.
Upd: very good you are responding to bad reviews on TrustPilot, very bad you provide zero actual help privately

I have contacted customer service to express my concern on the quality of the bag received with pictures. It's been almost a week and I have not heard back. Until issue is resolved, i can't provide a positive review on my experience with the company.

This is the worst, most garbage company of all time. Their customer care is comprised of some of the stupidest people to ever walk this earth. I purchased $400 Margiela sneakers for my sister’s wedding, they sent the wrong pair worth half of that, and then proceeded to fix absolutely nothing. They are a joke of a company, and told me that since the sale was over, nothing could be done and the item was out of stock. Truly, how do you absolute imbeciles not check shoes in a box before you ship them out? I still needed shoes for her wedding, so I even offered to keep the wrong shoes if I could pay the price that they had on their site, they declined. You should be embarrassed of how useless of customer service you all provide. This is my second bad experience with them, because they’re actually all neanderthals. What a pathetic joke of a company. It baffles me that their solution is to fix nothing, after making me wait a week on their ineffective customer service correspondence. May they all rot in hell, I would sooner spend hundreds more at their competitor, before I give these fools another penny.
