"No shippment and no refund"
I ordered a jacket and this is how it went:
Jul17 - Your order has been shipped
Jul19 - The return of your order has been received
Jul19 - I reply that this has been a mistake, I never received the package and it is impossible to have received it from UK to Slovenia and already have it returned to UK in 2 days.
They make me fill out a form as, sign it and send it over, I do it right over. I tried to reach them for the last two days without any luck. I have no information if I am getting this order ever, or if I am getting a refund, nothing... I want to get the shippment, if I at least knew that I am getting a refund, I would have made an order again, but now I know nothing, they have my money and they are not replying. This sucks :(

"Badly packed and changing delivery date!"
package took a long time to arrive, delivery date kept changing. It wasn't packed very well, no padding and one corner of the box had been bashed in. Not impressed at all.
It was packaged like a cheap Amazon delivery not a luxury fashion product.

How is delivery so fast? It's amazing. They also sent us a certificate of origin, making it easier to get through customs. I will continue to use LNCC. I love it so much because the discount rate is high.

Was sent the wrong item (the packaging and invoice says black sweater and inside the packaging is a white one) and no one is answering emails or allowing me to return this for a full refund including shipping costs. Or do anything to rectify the situation like send me the correct item and allow me to rerun this one. I have sent multiple emails and even reached out via phone and WhatsApp. All being ignored. This is really unfortunate because for a luxury company I expected better customer service and a more conscious staff who will package the right item to the customer. I just want to return this item and get a refund. I already have this sweater in white that I purchased last year I do not need two I ordered the black one for a reason. I will never be shopping here again and will never recommend this place.
