Ordered an item, didn’t dispatch for a week then cancelled the order due to being out of stock.

Literally the worst experience I’ve EVER had with an online retailer, almost any retailer for that matter. To make a LONG story short, they would refund my product over and over only to have the same product on the site in the exact same color-way and size. No problem right? I contacted them to make sure this wasn’t a mistake on their end. Absolutely terrible communication and half-assed answers. Garbage response times as well. Now I have to question why my money that is MY money isn’t in my bank? For what? Because your site wouldn’t give me my refund that wasn’t even my choice at the very least. Terrible communication, even worse reasoning, no consolation, overall a horrible experience. Stay away.
