"I bought a GmbH jacket that was sent…"
I bought a GmbH jacket that was sent directly from the London store and it had a huge defect on the label. First it's pretty concerning that their store employees (who are supposed to know about fashion and products they sell) didn't spotted this defect before. I contacted LN-CC's customer service to find a solution to avoid returning the jacket and the answer I received is...unbelievable. They told me "Your case has been closed, you need to contact Vestiaire collective customer service". WHY WOULD I CONTACT VESTIAIRE COLLECTIVE ABOUT SOMETHING I BOUGHT ON YOUR WEBSITE? ARE YOU OK?
Definitely a big setback for me as I used to buy a lot of things with them and clearly won't anymore. Mind you I forwarded videos + screenshot of my conversation with the designer HIMSELF confirming the jacket was faulty, but still 7 days after my first message, LN-CC keeps ignoring my requests and my emails.
If someone who can read properly at this store is passing by here's my case no: 3892952
EDIT 11/07: it was a bit a long process but i could find solution with customer service about this issue and it got finally solved, so i'm changing my note.

"Faster shipping."
It used to take quite a long time to be dispatched, but recently dispatches have become faster.
The website has also been redesigned and the pages load faster.
It is interesting to look at with its unique selection, coding and editorial trials.
I think it's great that they are reviving physical shops and revitalising the London street in this day and age.
I support it.
昔は発送されるまでかなり時間がかかったが、最近は発送も早くなった。
ホームページも一新され、ページ読み込みも早くなったと思う。
独自のセレクトやコーデ、エディトリアルで見ていて面白い。
この時代に実店舗を復活させ、ロンドンのストリートを活性化させている姿勢は素晴らしいと思う。

"Delayed order and Faulty checkout page "
My order was extremely delayed due to paperwork missing from ln cc. They did not inform me I had to check with UPS every other day. The checkout page is not working properly. If I change window on my phone for example go to the calculator and back to the ln cc app my checkout progress is gone and I have to do all steps again. I have purchased from them before and the checkout process was a pain that time as well

This company is stolen my refund parcel with Balenciaga cost, price 3200€, and told that they don’t receive the refund, but I have officially confirmation from delivery company.
Horrible client service ever!!!! And stolen parcel
Will meet with them in police and hope that justice will help me to solve my Diane get money back! Beware of this company!!!
