My order has been stuck in limbo for about a week because they messed up the customs documentation for the items. I wouldn’t say it’s 100% on LN-CC because FedEx is possibly the worst international shipper, but that’s also LN-CC choice to use them with how many problems that constantly happen with FedEx. I have my funds and packages tied up with no resolution in sight. I’m hoping this is a one off situation but I’m very disappointed with my experience here.

Absolutely terrible, purchased and then ln-cc ignored the customs clearance with the shipping company they chose to ship the package, customer service didn't answer the questions i was asking, they responded with half the answers. The box arrived super damaged and i had to purchase a box in order to ship the item back...For returns the process also makes no sense....just all around would NEVER buy from here to get anything shipped or returned in the US....just a f$ckin mess
Ln-cc responded to this message with what they did to rectify the issue but it the point is that there shouldn't have to be a process to rectify, it should be simple every step of the way with this order I've had issues.
Im going to guess it will take forever to process my return as well.
People have enough going on in their lives, receiving and returning a $1k+ item should not be adding to the stress of everyday life.
