My first order was too small and I wanted to buy the exact item one size bigger. I was using the welcome code and as promised on in the help center: (articles/360007516800-Can-I-reuse-my-welcome-code-if-I-decide-to-return-or-cancel-my-order)
I was asking for the replacement code. Answer was no that ln-cc is not providing a replacement code. Help center article is still online. In the end I have ordered the item in another store.

I bought a Marni bag from LN CC a year or so ago and a piece of hardware fell off after it had been used a couple of times. Marni were completely unhelpful, said it was my fault and would not assist with any repairs. Even though it was no longer their responsibility, LN CC helped to contact Marni for me and arrange the repair, and were very helpful throughout the process. It's a rare example of excellent customer service that's hard to find these days so thank you very much.
