Quick shipping and authentic handbag. I was a bit hesitant to order from LN-CC as I had not heard of them, but after a bit of research, I saw enough people confirming their authenticity and I took a chance and ordered. My handbag shipped from Italy the next day and showed up within the expected timeframe. I like that the price includes duties and taxes so the price you see if what you pay.
Update: The magnetic clasp fell off the Burberry bag I purchased within 3 days (I took the bag to a Burberry store and they confirmed it was authentic but that I would have to go through LN-CC for warranty issues.) I returned it to LN-CC as a defective item and got a partial refund the day after it arrived at their warehouse (nice!). I then pressed Customer Service for the duties & tax portion as well as it was a defective bag (had the pictures to prove it) and got that refunded as well. I was satisfied and ordered a replacement bag. The replacement bag is fine so I must have gotten a dud the first time around.

I received a gift certificate when choosing store credit for the refund option for a return last summer.
I made an order using that gift certificate for the second time and same thing happened again - the order got cancelled and the gift certificate not reissued upon cancelation - same as previous time.
It took me 2 months to get that reissued and I have to go through that again.
I assume the money is lost as they will just keep cancelling my orders.

Contacted them for 3 months nothing happened they didn’t act for fix what they did with gold club customer.
no refund or send me the missing package from brand.

I received an item I ordered. It took two weeks to post and when it did arrive. I found that the item was not as listed. I spoke to customer services whom arranged the return. But they would not refund the postage even though they had sent the incorrect item. It’s in the small print.
My item has been retuned for over a month now and I have still not received a refund. I spoke to customer services and they were very vague in regards to when I would receive it. I specifically asked how long would it take to get processed and they said. You will get a refund but declined to say how long it would take. I would avoid.
