"Worst company I have ever dealt with"

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting for a refund (£114.40) on my order for three months. The company split my order of three items in to three separate orders which has created so much confusion. They keep issuing partial refunds on Klarna instead of issuing the full outstanding amount.

I have sent over 20 emails and called dozens of times. Every time I have to ring up and explain what the issue is as customer service is incompetent and unhelpful. I keep being told a refund will be processed and it never is. Klarna even shut down my case because LN-CC told them they would refund me and they haven’t.

Whenever I ask to speak to a manager they refuse.

Please avoid this company. I have never had such a bad experience with a retailer. I’m honestly baffled at how they can operate like this.

EDIT: they keep replying to my messages but don’t believe their lies. They have told me multiple times they will be refunding my money and they never do.

Additionally, I have directly asked over 10 times to escalate a complaint or speak to a manager and they just ignore me! Absolutely disgusting company.

Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente. Compré una prenda que ha salido defectuosa, y no me dan ninguna solución. De acuerdo a Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores, la ropa es un artículo sujeto a una garantía de dos años, por tanto, si en ese periodo de tiempo, resultase defectuoso, la tienda está obligada a sustituirlo por la misma prenda o a emitir un reembolso al cliente.

Ich rate dringend davon ab, in diesem Shop zu bestellen und würde mir wünschen, ich hätte vorher Bewertungen gelesen.

Ich habe Handschuhe in diesem Shop bestellt. Der Versand erfolgte zügig. Bei mir kamen jedoch 2 linke Handschuhe an, weshalb ich sie gern zurücksenden wollte. Zunächst war man sich über das Vorgehen 2 Wochen nicht einig. Nach dem Rückversand erfolgte wochenlang keine Erstattung. Ich schrie unzählige Nachrichten und bis heute ist nur ein Teilbetrag erstattet und nicht wie zugesichert der Gesamtbetrag inkl. Versand, da ich für den Fehler nicht verantwortlich bin. Nie wieder!
