Trying to get them to return my calls is impossible! when you ask to speak to a manager they are always in meetings.
Strange they are never to busy when I pay money in.

Just been on the phone with a very helpful advisor called Cloe at James Hay - who guided me through a number of questions I had about taking money out of my pension and setting up an expression of wishes form. She was very calm, took loads of time with me and solved all my questions even if she couldn't answer them immediately. First rate service!
