I called James Hay for a follow up on a refund request made by the financial adviser a week ago. I had waited on hold a few times during the first call, however Elvan Scott was very friendly from the moment she picked up the phone. Although initially she was unable to provide me with answers, she persisted and continued to look into this for me. Upon receiving a phone call this afternoon she was able to provide me with a timescale for the refund request to be completed and was again very friendly and I thoroughly appreciated her willing to investigate further after our phone call this morning.

The advisors tend to hide behind emails that they send out that make no sense.
Finally today they actually surfaced and called me.
All I can say is wow the chap that called Alex Copp was beyond superb. He went above and beyond to help me, which he did.
I have to call back next week and Alex has promised to guide me through the James Hay blockers to get to my pension.
