"Unethical Practice"
Further to my review on the 16th December l regret to say that I have not heard a word from James Hay. Still no sign of my tax free cash being transferred to my account. We are now in the 3rd week of them having a sizeable sum of my money sitting in their account earning interest for themselves. 12 days ago they said it is in the final stages and just waiting for a manual calculation. The last response to my review was that they were investigating my case. I was told that formal complaints were responded to within 5 days. 7 days later not a word!

"This company is truly awful"
This company is truly awful. They make repeated errors and the customer service is non-existent. My brother and I have struggle to work with James Hay since 2016, about 3 years ago we decided that we would move away from them due to the repeated administrative errors. This has been more painful than I can ever explain. If herpes was a company it would be James Hay. Irritating and uncomfortable to deal with and impossible to get rid of.
