"Once again Elvan"

Once again, I called JH and surprisingly, the phone was picked up by Elvan.

I have spoken to this amazing member of staff, and each time she goes above and beyond to help. She takes her time and ensure that by the end of the call, she has the resolution or clear answer to the questions.

I really request JH management to recognise her hard work.

"I am by no means a financial advisor or…"

I am by no means a financial advisor or computer Wizz kid but the James Hay log in web site for all your financial needs is excellent, having recently closed my business down before my state pensionable age I needed to receive an Ad-Hoc payment from my SIPP for this tax year 24-25. Having never done this before I decided to contact James Hay on the number supplied and what a pleasant experience this was. From the first contact with Nikita Broughton I felt totally at ease and very reassured that I was in capable hands, she talked me through the process in a very professional manner which enabled me to complete the task with ease.

I telephoned today with a number of questions on a range of issues and fortunately my call was taken by Alex Copp. He was patient, thorough, took time to understand each issue and dealt fully with all of them. Alex was genuinely interested in my experience and that I achieved a fully satisfactory outcome. Excellent service and a great ambassador for James Hay Partnership. Thank you very much Alex.

This wasn't my first visit to James Hay's platform nor was it my first telephone call and have always came away thinking I've received great service. Today, I spoke with Paul Hamilton who guided me through my first withdrawal transaction and he really did take the extra step to show my some useful tips and what I can use the Trustee Cash area for as part of what I was doing today. So helpful, lovely telephone manner and this experience today just stood out.

"Awful "

I am an adviser that has used James Hay for years. We are supposedly one of their important partner firms.

Their administration has been awful for many months.

11-12 weeks to pay our Tax Free Cash. Continually pushing back on promised payment dates.

Unforgiveable that a death claim took months for them to supply a simple options form. Our complaint to the Managing Director and plea for help for the widow was ignored.

Staff clearly under huge pressure and not a lot of support.

Their decision to pocket the majority of interest paid on cash doesn't look great either. In fact, it is nothing more than greed.

Perhaps James Hay are too busy looking inward at their reorganisation to look after existing clients effectively?
