JH should not be custodians.
JH received instructions to release to me nearly 20k of my own money and it took them 8 weeks to process the payment from their client account.
Further, my IFA pressed for progress reports several times and he received unhelpful and abrupt replies from JH.
I was financing a commitment and allowed a 4 week turnaround to receive my own money already hello by JH, so I had to source the funds elsewhere.
I am in the process of reviewing alternative administrators.
JH should have their licence revoked.
