Obsolescence programmer machine qui marche puis soudain un message d'erreur apparait "Problème de tête d'impression" alors qu'elle a très peu fonctionner.

TRied to get assistance and support and you did not even respond. On facebook you even refused to provide me details of how to complain and then wished me a nice day. .

What a dispicable company, even when the billing service agents said they will only charge me for June and amend the number of pages I will use in July, and therefore amend my bill.

Surprise Surprise, they DID NOT AMEND MY BILL AS PROMISED BUT OVERCHARGED ME AGAIN!!

Never subscribe to automatic refill of cartridge. You will be charged a large amount of money for printing and you will be told that it is in the small print of the contract. Very poor communication afterwards. Someone rang me and left a message on my phone then sent me an email to tell me that the case was now closed after charging me over £120 at 10/page. Very poor and unacceptable. Never will I use HP again and will discourage others from using it.

moi qui suis sous linux (ubuntu 18, voyager, mint) je tenais à remercier HP (et oui, quand faut, il faut) car jusqu'à présent ses imprimantes, tout en un, wifi ou non, ont toujours été au top. Les autres, hélas... Merci donc pour l'effort que fait HP envers les logiciels libres.

Bought an HP ENVY 5020 10 days ago. Installation under Windows 10 was a nightmare, but sorted on my own after 3 hours of fruitless calls to HP and Microsoft. It was down to a permissions problem on Windows temp directory, the solution to which I found on HP's own forum in 5 minutes - not discovered by HP support as they are not allowed to look there, I was told!!

But since then, printing and scanning has been great. I enrolled with Instant Ink on the £1.99pm for 50ppm, got given a free trial of 12 months at up to 300ppm (extended to 13 months using the referral code), and already received new cartridges. Absolutely nothing to fault, and a vast improvement on the Canon Pixma 6250 that I had to bin.

Had my HPdeskjet 2630 now for few months. Set up difficult with no instructions only online. Have used both wireless and wired set up and on all occasions they have crashed requireing setting up again
Had the ink prog. found it waste of time. I went to print a doc and it printed 10 copies (only one ordered) then charged me £1 per copy after for three weeks. have cancelled my ink prog. Help line is useless its computer generated and i never got an answer to any problem i highlighted. Contact with a human is nigh impossible. Emails arent answered, in fact customer service is non existant

I Have Had HP Printers For Many Years But Purchased One & It Would Not Work Had Replacement That Did Not Work. Sent Me Another One Worked For While Then That Did Not Work.
All The Printer That Did Not Work They Did Not Want Them Back
So I Had To Pay To Dispose Of The In Correct Way.
Perhaps I Should Have Fly Tipped Them
I Purchased A HP Envy All In One With The Free Instant Ink.
Have Problems With This One Pick Paper & Photo Paper Up.
Have Cancelled My Instant Ink Account & When You Do This You Can Not Use The Inks They Send You. With Amout Of Printing I Do It Is Not Worth Paying Them £4.99 A Month As I Would Not Need Inks For A Year Plus & You Can Buy Them Cheaper Online,
So Now Looking At Epson Or Cannon Printers.
SO CAN ONLY SAY DO NOT BUY HP
