"HAVE HP2620"

HAVE HP2620, I think still under warranty. Has developed a fault doesnt seem to recognise cartridges. Tried to go on help line online has now been out of action for over a week just an apology. Tried live chat could not make them understand my problem. Tried to check my warranty on line, HP dont recognise my priner serial number despite having thanked me for registering with them. Total failure at every stage, what a disgrace for a company of HPs size. Will get my old Epsom back out their aftersales works AVOID HP. Update have just discovered in December 2018 HP auto downloaded a firmware onto my printer to stop me using any remanufactured cartridges and only their own will work. This auto system is installed when you install the printer unless you untick the box, I didnt realise they would use this for their own ends. If its on your computor you are too late you are stuck with HP cartridges at extortionate prices. Dont buy HP Printers

"Ny printer kvit og frit"

Vores 1 år gamle printer (købt inden for garantien) ville ikke printe. Scannerarmen kørte bare fra side til side 8 gange, og det var så det. Printeropgaverne lagde sig i kø, og så skete der ikke mere.
Jeg talte med en sød ung mand hos HP, og han prøvede alverdens ting for at få løst problemet.
Det lykkedes desværre ikke.
Resultat: Efter nogle dage modtog vi en helt ny printer. Kvit og frit.
Den er installeret og alt i skønneste orden.

Save your money don’t buy anything from HP. Costumer service is not helpful. I was on the phone for an hour. I will never buy anything from them again.

Ok honest three defective printers in a matter of weeks on the third they accused me of being the cause and refused to replace yet it was confirmed it was defective printer officejet pro 7740 , I then became hunter/ investigator brought second printer envy 5030 to subscribe to instant ink , so using hartwii 180gsm I experimented paper selection on printer plain,photo,matte and special glossy then on hp plugin printing automatic,draft,normal and best , result best quality print using special glossy and best , using public use waterfall pictures a4 it was recorded on printer 25 prints from one cartridge , so contacted them directly to find out cartridges are sent from germany with a replacement time 7-8 days , now I am signed upto maximum personal subscription of 300 free prints per month ? Simple maths month = 4 weeks actually means I would only get to print 100 free pages given the replacement times , instant ink 7-8 days also no limit b/w or colour prints the same and yet they have refused point blank to honour the agreement , one hp rep said buy extra cartridges even though agreement states 300 free prints per month another uk hp rep came back with under clause xyz section xyz print volume exceeds 300 free pages which it does not absolute dishonesty !!! So to get acceptable quality prints special glossy and best on hp app , so 25 prints per cartridge divided into 300 free prints = 12 cartridges with each cartridge taking a week to come from germany , I maybe from another planet but 12 weeks does not fit into one month , and their general response well you can cancel at any point !
No the point is ink usage is unlimited due to agreement being 300 free prints regardless whether black and white word document or full colour picture/photo , the Hewlett-Packard company reminds me of government , fraudulent advertising and agreement and dont give a manure and when you point out the stupidity and dishonesty of it all and indisputable facts , the unacceptable attitude is well you can,cancel at any time !

"Dreadful"

Dreadful. The number for customer services on their website and email (0345 270 4142) is a fake one which doesn't connect, their online chat doesn't work and there is no way of getting any support with the expensive products I have just ordered. I'm minded to return them and purchase a different brand.

"Worst service ever"

Worst service ever . Bought Hp cash back printer and impossible to claim it back. Lots of emails and no cash back awful! Buy a different printer don’t rely on offers!

"Inky scam"

I've had exactly the same issue as another customer. My colour cartridge was down to 1/6 and I got an error message, colour print quality had been absolutely fine and I didn't get a run out of ink message. I tried printing in greyscale and it wouldn't, despite the black ink being well over 1/2 full. Really annoying. I replaced the colour cartridge and could then do my b/w printing.

A pop up then offered me some kind of reward for installing yet another genuine HP product, I clicked a bit, but it was way too involved to be a simple prize so I gave up - it all seemed really tacky. No matter how cheap their printers are don't buy one and expose yourself to these inky scams.

HP if you had a functional complaints department I would have complained more privately and you would have had a chance to explain. Your business strategy is stupid if you not interested when your products fail.

"Shocking customer service."

Shocking customer service.

I have (unfortunately) bought an HP printer which keeps on dropping network connection.
I called HP Support, spoke to a very agressive woman who told me that the engineer would call me back.
- When?
(in the background: Woman: "when are you gonna call him? / Man: - **** knows)
Woman: at 12:00 today.
Guess what? No call, no show, and no print.
