"Awful company"
I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company! To get the 100% guarantee you have to send the wig back to China which would cost 3 times as much as the actual wig cost! And who's to say even then if they would refund your money. I've been dealing with Chris in CustomerService. After several emails back and forth I was offered 40% refund and keep the wig. Then it went to 50%. Last email was 30%. Not a reputable company at all. Don't order from them unless you've got money to throw away. You'll NEVER get their 100% guarantee refund. The wigs are awful. They look nothing like the picture you ordered from. I wouldn't even wear it at Halloween.

"Scam China company"
I received my hair topper and even though I ordered light brown, the color is very red and doesn’t match my hair at all. I contacted customer service and they have been jerking me around for over a week, offering a discount or saying I’d have to return to China! Their website shows a USA address in Menlo Park, Ca. So I returned to that address. Now Chris from customer service says I won’t get a refund. I’m going to dispute the charge with PayPal. I should know better than to order anything posted on Facebook!

"Product Never Received"
I ordered two wigs from this company due to hair loss from cancer. I was excited to receive them and was expecting them to arrive by April 23rd, as per the company's delivery estimate. However, the wigs never showed up, even though the tracking information stated that they had been delivered. I asked my three neighbors if they had received or seen the wigs, but they did not. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company, but they do not respond to emails and do not have a phone number. I disputed the charge with PayPal, but the seller claimed that the wigs were delivered. I have tried to explain that they were not. Do not order from this company!

STAY AWAY! I wish there was an option for zero stars. The hair piece was a piece of junk and if you want to return you have to mail back to China, have your package go through customs and spend $$$$$.
Save your money and use a US company where returns are easy. It also took 4 weeks to receive.

"Not what is shown on the videos"
They tell you that the wigs are adjustable. well, if you have a med. to large head they do not adjust big enough. The wig I wanted showed some layering in the bangs, but what I got was board stiff bangs, no way to control them, and the cap would fit a child. so be aware that these are not what they seem. I am glad I only lost $50

"Purchased 3 wig toppers after brain…"
Purchased 3 wig toppers after brain surgery . Wasn't sure on color nut they claim easy returns for unused items. None worked & the said I can send back to China or get 30% refund. That's crazy! It would cost me the same to send back! Not what they claim.

Beware of this product. Cheaply made and when trying to return offered 20% refund and 20% off another purchase. Would not purchase again due to quality so asked for refund. They said i had to return to China which would cost almost as much as item. My fault for not reading the reviews before buying it . It said easy returns which is a joke. Also took a month to arrive instead of two weeks as stated.

"Wrong merchandise "
1st order came, no issues. 2nd order, wrong merchandise sent. I have left 3 messages at "customer service ", no call back. I am out 50+ dollars and stuck with merchandise I can't use.

"Defective product"
I placed a first-time order for a clip-on hairpiece but it arrived with a clip impossible to open. When trying to return a defective item, Chris with Customer Service was responsive but I kept getting offers of 20% off, finally info that I had to return to an address in China as they would not send a return label. So be aware if you receive a defective or poor quality product, you will not be able to return it unless you pay for shipping on a slow boat to China.
Terrible customer service for a defective item. Better to stay away from Wigyy.
