I received my order and I want to exchange it for a different style and color all I keep getting is ads for there %s off! Not a good response from them I am asking for their return address! If it is China or somewhere in that region then I will stop doing business with them! It’s too bad because I have received my other orders and they were the right color!

Be very careful with this site. I pondered for awhile and finally made the decision to buy a cute wig here. I should have looked at these reviews. I was charged an international processing fee that I was NOT aware of extra charges. Now I have to wonder if I will get the wig at all. ShooT!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS SCAMMING SITE.
MY AWFUL EXPERIENCE STARTED ON THE 19TH MARCH BEING THE FIRST EMAIL I WAS ASKING FOR TRACKING NUMBER. I HADN'T HAD ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM WIGGY (CHRIS) SINCE THE 11TH MARCH. IT'S BEEN ONGOING EVER SINCE, WITH EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE, LIES AFTER LIES. I HAVE KEPT ALL MY EMAILS FOR FUTURE LEGAL ADVICE.
I WILL TALK WITH MY BANK TO RETRIEVE PAYMENT.
THEY ALSO TOLD ME THE DELAY WAS DUE TO BEING CUSTOM MADE, I QUESTIONED THEM AND SAID, IN THE DESCRIPTION, IT SAID IT WAS NOT CUSTOM MADE, THEN THE NEXT EMAIL, WAS A PROBLEM WITH SHIPPING, THEN NEXT EMAIL, WAS DUE TO BEING DELAYED AS THEIR FACTORY WAS HAVING PROBLEMS, THEN EMAIL STRAIGHT AFTER SAYING IT WILL TAKE 7-10 DAYS TO SHIP, THATS WHAT THEY HAD BEEN SAYING SINCE THE BEGINNING, BUT SPINNING LIES ALONG THE WAY.
IF YOUR HERE READING THESE REVIEWS AND STILL THINKING OF BUYING FROM WIGGY, PLEASE ADHERE TO ALL THESE REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALL TRUTHS.

"Dishonest Company"

I ordered a blondish wig I saw in an ad on my phone. A few minutes later I was on my desktop and saw that the same wig was actually gray. I sent an email asking them to please cancel my order as it had not been processed yet because I didn't want a gray wig. They responded and offered a 30% refund if I would not cancel. I told them I would accept the refund or accept the same wig if it came in a blonde color. I received the gray wig but they did not give me the 30% refund. After many emails to them, they offered a 20% refund if I would not return the wig, then 30% again. I still have nothing from them. You cannot trust them. Do not buy from them.

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

I had to leave one star to leave a review. This company is gawdawful. The wigs are NOT the color advertised and you cannot return them as they make it impossible and tell you that you got what you ordered. I have bought from 5 others who are great but these guys are the WORST!

It took 6 weeks to get the wig. I needed the wig within 2 weeks. I tried canceling the order but they said it was already on its way. I finally got it 4 weeks later. I sent the wig back to the address they indicated on their website. It came back to me with return to sender.
Very disappointed with Wiggy. DO NOT BUY FROM WIGGY.

Never buy from this company.

First- inaccurate product. Wanted a medium brown color and received a dark brown.
Second- Full returns? yes. Only if you send it back to China. A small package would cost $75. The return address on the website under the returns category is fake.
Third- had to fight with offers from them.
