On there advertising site it shows total difference hair pieces. The one I received was horrible. The pieces attached to the holder are as hard as a rock and look crappy. Totally looks synthetic. I want to return it and get my money back but they don’t give you any kind of return slips or anything Scam big time. And of course made in China.

I purchased 2 items which I have returned last month to the address I was given and I have been back and forth for 6 weeks trying to get my refund. They keep telling me they cannot trace it. It also cost me 32.00 CAN to send it back as well as the 96.00 CAN for the crappy looking product. This company is a big fraud. Don't ever order from them!!

Quality is really bad plus I received the wrong colour. I wanted to return but no-one never even replied to my request. there is no support at all after the purchase. it is impossible to talk with anyone. I wish I had read the reviews before.

I never received my 63.00 for the Rachel Welch we I bought and returned the same day I received it as it was too small. Refunds are supposed to be guaranteed for 60 days and I sent it on same condition I received. I would like my refund to honor credit union.
