Horrible ! Cheap inferior horrible product ! PayPal no help unless I returned item(s) and it was going to cost me $235 to return to China . Yes $235.00! I was already out $160 for 3 things they called wigs. Whst a despicable scam!

It is totally false advertisement. The wigs I bought look nothing like what the ad showed. I would never buy such cheap looking wigs.
It was going to cost me over $200 to ship back to China. They offered me a 30% refund and a 20% coupon for my next purchase, and I could keep the wigs. I did receive my 30% refund for wigs i can never wear. Well, that's the best I could get. I will never use the coupon because I will never buy from them again!

"Chinese Rip-off experience"

This product is made by a Chinese company and shipped and handled from China. I'm sorry I made two purchases at the same time. What a waste of money and time. When you go about trying to return this inferior quality product, they will jerk you around for weeks, delaying the process by claiming they didn't get this or that info from you, and by the time they agree to "take care of you" too much time will have lapsed, and your bank won't issue the refund. (Must be part of their strategy.) Paypal is even worse. I made their return time cutoff, but the back and forth was very time-consuming. I finally just shipped the product back, and you guessed it, despite me paying for the return shipping back to China and supplying them with the tracking #, they still claimed they never received the package, so I never received the credit.

If I could zero I would. My 2 hair pony clips are cheaply made and look nothing like advertised truly disgusting!!! Plus they make it difficult to return items. They want you to ship back to China so it will cost more then the item. It's a tactic, so you don't bother sending back. I actually paid extra to return to Aussie address and they still don't care!!!!! Tried to dispute with PayPal- no support at all. I actually can't believe PayPal support this dodgy company Horrible company this Wigyy scammers - stay away ladies

Then they wanted me to contact their shipping company to find out where it was. Plus they make it difficult to return items. They want you to ship back to China so it will cost more then the item. It's a tactic so you don't bother sending back. Horrible Horrible company

"Poor Quality/Poor Customer Service "

Wig and hair topper are very poor quality. Can see the cap of the wig through the hair so it looks very fake. Wig and upper hair obviously plastic, does not look like real hair at all. Advertising videos do not use the same poor quality products. The must use a high quality product from a different company in the promotional videos/marketing.

I bought a topper and it said it was human hair and 12 inches long. Neither were true plus it took forever to get it to me. There are sooo many wig places out there don’t go to this one!!

"WIGYY are scammers"

WIGYY are scammers! They sent me the wrong wig. I ordered a wig with short hair, but they sent a wig with long hair below the shoulders. I have the transcript of conversation with their rep and pictures of the wig I received still with the tag that proved the wig they sent did not remotely match the picture of the wig I ordered. They made some ridiculous low offers to retund $30 out of the $100+ price if I returned the wig to China, which would be a prohibitive cost. Their final offer was - return the wig and forward proof that I canceled my Pay Pal investigation case regarding this transaction - and then they would still only send me $30.00.
Obviously, theirs is a standard, pre-planned scam. The picture of the wig they used is a picture of a Paula Jones wig. I don't think they have any of the wigs advertised on their website! Once they receive an order, they just send customers "a wig" of any description. Its the old bait and switch scam. I did not cancel the Paypal case I filed that requested a full refund due to fraud.. After their investigation, Paypal refunded the full purchase price to my bank account.

Why doesn’t Trustpilot with ALL the bad reviews on so many different retailers, report these scams to FACEBOOK & The Australian Authorities, to STOP SCAMMERS LIKE THIS & REMOVE THEM FROM ADVERTISING???
