I like that it is all in one place (phone, text, virtual meetings and faxes) but the functionality is not great. The calls are often on delay or they drop. The transcription of the voicemails is inaccurate. The virtual meetings are hard for the other users to access to the point where I ended up paying for a separate Zoom account. The billing is not transparent - I get randomly charged for things that I cannot ascertain what they are for. The idea is great - the execution is not great.

Very happy with phone service. Disappointed with difficulty - now seeming impossibility - of setting up texting. Also the video conferencing meeting set up is a bit odd.

The service is substandard. Voice quality is very poor. The delay in forwarding calls is unacceptable. A large percentage of calls never come through. When I tried to cancel my account, I got an endless run around. Their support email inbox was full. Their phone system disconnected me after 1 hour on hold. Their chat system was unresponsive. When I finally chatted with a human and got no resolution, they sent me an incomplete transcript of the conversation. I highly recommend staying away from this company. It's not worth what they charge.

I've been trying to log into RC for awhile. I keep waiting for your stupid email to verify the account. Thus far nothing. The email address is correct. Where is your email? Still waiting 🙄🙄🙄
