We were missold this contract - promised an add-on app that never materialised. The lack of it has caused problems for us for the duration of the contract. Now our contract is ended, RingCentral are making it incredibly difficult to port our business number - they are operating illegally. Our port continues to be delayed. Avoid RingCentral.

We have been with this company for 6 years. They lock you into a contract that makes it impossible to remove a license, they are difficult to get in touch with (my last request took almost a month). The actual service works. My issue is entirely the predatory licensing you get locked into. Oh yeah, here's a fun one. I specifically requested in a meeting with them to adjust license numbers a month before our last contract date. Not only did they not follow through, they also just "renewed the contract" without sending to me for review and sign. Here we are 4 months later with them frantically trying to get me to sign a contract which I won't, until they drop the license number as I requested, it's a big circle of pain. Go somewhere else. The contractual pain isn't worth the service. The juice is not worth the squeeze.

I Never wrote a review in my life but this company has the worst customer service I think I have ever dealt with. Especially for something as time sensitive as a business phone where every minute you can’t receive calls or texts can cost thousands of dollars. You have to jump through hoops to finally talk to someone and then you can’t get a straight answer because the reps are in another country talking to you off a script with no urgency to help you figure out the issue.
