"Good in terms of what matters most"
Call quality is generally good, and Ring Central has been very dependable. Those factors matter more than anything else. I'm a one-lawyer law firm with no support staff or co-workers, so I don't use, and can't evaluate, many of the "internal team" functions that Ring Central offers.
Although I have my system set up with the name of my law firm specified as to how my calls are to be displayed for caller ID purposes, people I've called tell me that my calls show up as "Georgetown, CO", which is not my firm's name and is nowhere near my location.

Your product is great for certain things but our firm is old school and attorneys don't want to log in and do things themselves, they want staff to do it. Like conference calls - they want us to dial the phone, get everyone on the line and leave the call. Your product does not allow that option. Not everyone wants to make their own calls in the legal field.
