Anytime I have had to call for assistance, I was able to get help immediately, and for someone who is not tech-savvy it certainly is a huge help.

"60+ days....still cannot get texting"
60+ days....still cannot get texting. Was recommended but only good as a forwarding option. Regulations and minute details for text setup with no help or assistance in writing policy has really darkened my view of this app.

Lied to about calls and texts working. Texts NEVER worked and Ringcentral themselves kept trying to get it started and failed numerous times.

"Everything was great except one problem"
Everything was great. The person made convenient and on time offer of SMS packaging. However she couldn’t solve our problem with SMS. In some occasions our sales manager and manager cannot see same SMS at the same time. We have two numbers on Ring Central. If customer sends SMS to one of the numbers, one of the number holders cannot see it. I would appreciate if someone solve this situation. Thanks.

"Good service, but...."
There are a lot of features that hold enormous potential for large and/or growing companies.
There are, however, some ongoing problems. For one example, we've set our time zone correctly (Central Time), but for the first hour of our workday, incoming calls do NOT get forwarded, which has caused us to miss potential paying customers.

Poor customer service. They lock you down with hidden fees. Leaving their services.

THE worst company to work with. You will not receive an answer for your question in weeks.
They will charge you for whatever they want and won't ask your permission/let you know BEFORE.
Furthermore, when you'll ask for refund, they will sneaking just not to pay.
To pass TCR campaign, you will have to sell your soul to the devil, that would be much faster than receive a positive reply from their team.
ABSOLUTELY zero communication from their support team and especially from "account managers".
The only one thing they can do perfect - apologize.
I do NOT recommend.

"No leeway after 10+ years of custom"
Been with them for well over 10 years, paying annually. Needed to reduce our service as not using much. As we were coming to the annual payment, we tried unsuccessfully to do this in the portal. Opened a support case, and contacted customer account manager. No response. Finally rang them over a week later. I was told we were tied to a 24 month contract that we agreed to in 2019, and nothing that anyone can do to change this. I wasn't even cancelling - just reducing. Next year, will clearly will be sorting an alternative with clearer policy and better support.
