"Service was very poor"

Service was very poor. Set to transfer to my cell after three rings, but most calls stopped after two rings. Of the three ring calls that did come through only about one in four transferred to my cell.

First our office has been trying to reach customer service and a gentleman that emailed about a past due amount that shouldn't have happened. For over a MONTH! No response.

We were told our system had multiple capabilities (we specifically asked about) and after switching our office to this "upgrade" have found the salesperson lied, customer service can not help us and we all feel this new system is by far, a down grade. If we could we would reverse the process back to what we had.

If I could give you zero stars I would. I'm sorry I can't be "constructive" as we have tried that route without any response.

I've had problems with the system since I upgraded their software. I've contacted their people about it, but the response is crickets. They really don't care.

Does not allow blocking of spam calls, does not allow auto forward of no caller ID calls, expensive. I am sorry I switched to Ringcentral, will be switching back when convenient.

The team got the right folks on to review your products and listen well to what was being asked. Sean did a great job demoing what I asked for and answered all of my questions. The whole team was very attentive to our needs and followed up well. It's nice to have sales folks that listen and know the products well. That's usually not the case. Nice work!
